IDENTIFICATION:
This stage is all about aligning your identity with your ideal self. This phase is challenging, as it involves letting go of the old self to make room for the new. ACTUALIZATION:
Finally, Actualization is where your transformation becomes fully realized. In this phase, Dr. Martin assists you in integrating your ideal self into every aspect of your life. SPIRITUAL MASTERY
